VISHAN VILLA
Vishan Villa is situated on a 1,000-square-meter site within the lush rural landscape of Rudbar, Gilan. The client’s request was to design a shared villa for two brothers, allowing them to use the space simultaneously yet independently — creating shared public areas while maintaining privacy and autonomy for each family.
KOOSHKE HOOR VILLA
Kooshke Hoor Villa is located in the Sadra region, five kilometers north of Shiraz, nestled within a two-hectare garden densely populated with mature trees. The main design approach centers on integrating contemporary spatial architecture with traditional climatic patterns of southern Iran.
ATLASI RESIDENCE – LAVASAN VILLA
The Atlasi Villa project is located on Atlasi Alley in Lavasan, within a garden site characterized by a trapezoidal geometry. This irregular land shape became the conceptual starting point of the design — interpreted as a “pressure force” acting on the initial cubic mass of the building. Under this conceptual pressure, the cube’s shell begins to fracture and split gradually, resulting in a partial recession of the volume and generating new spatial proportions between built mass and open space.
VAZAN VILLA
The name is derived from the “Vazan” waterfall and village in the Seroolat region
ENZO VILLA
Enzo Villa is located near the recreational marina of Nowshahr, only a short distance from the Caspian Sea shoreline. The main design concept was inspired by the rhythm and form of boats docked at the marina. Accordingly, the villa’s architectural composition is formed by a series of dynamic volumes that, like moored boats, are oriented along a directional axis toward the sea
